Lozort Federal LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Lozort Federal LLC ("Lozort Federal", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Lozort Capability Studio, including Mission Control and the tools offered within it (the "Service"). It applies to account holders, their team members, and visitors to our sign-in pages.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, work email, password credentials, and the firm you belong to.
- Firm profile information your team enters: business identifiers, certifications, capabilities, and related records.
- Content your firm submits to the tools: pipeline records, documents, proposals, and notes.
- Billing information: plan, subscription status, and invoice history. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
- Usage and log data: sign-ins, feature activity, device and browser type, and IP address, used for security and product improvement.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service.
- Authenticate users and enforce per-firm access controls.
- Process subscriptions and send billing communications.
- Respond to support requests.
- Monitor for abuse and protect the Service and its users.
- Improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified data where practicable.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, your payment details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and the last digits of the card) needed to run your account.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that host and support the Service (cloud infrastructure, database hosting, email delivery, payments), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Your own firm: account owners and administrators can see team membership and activity within their firm.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
- A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain account and firm data while your account is active. After closure, we delete or de-identify personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where a longer period is required for legal, tax, or audit purposes. Backup copies are purged on a rolling schedule.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (TLS), encryption at rest, per-firm row-level access controls, role-based permissions, and audit logging of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities or incidents to support@lozortfederal.com.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update most account details in the Service; for anything else, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Team members should route requests through their firm's account owner where the data belongs to the firm.
9. Cookies and sessions
The Service uses cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session continuity across Studio tools. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your browser can block cookies, but the Service will not function without the session cookie.
10. Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify account owners by email or in the Service before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
