Lozort Capability Studio

Lozort Federal LLC

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lozort Capability Studio, including Mission Control and every tool offered within it (the "Service"), provided by Lozort Federal LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Lozort Federal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the firm you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a software platform for government contractors: opportunity discovery, proposal support, capability statements, teaming, compliance tracking, analytics, and related tools. The Service supports your business processes; it does not provide legal, accounting, or professional advice, and outputs (including AI-assisted outputs) should be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on them.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Account owners and administrators control team membership, roles, and billing for their firm. Notify us promptly at support@lozortfederal.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed per firm, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe. Where offered, a free trial applies once per customer: a customer who has previously held a subscription is not eligible for another trial. Plan changes take effect on your existing subscription with prorated charges or credits. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • use the Service in violation of any law or regulation, including procurement and export rules;
  • attempt to access another firm's data or circumvent access controls;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent;
  • reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product;
  • interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data your firm submits to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. We do not sell Customer Data. Upon written request after account closure, we will delete Customer Data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data and public government data), is owned by Lozort Federal LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

8. Third-party services and data

The Service integrates third-party services (for example Stripe for payments) and public data sources (for example SAM.gov and USASpending.gov). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party services or public data, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you win any contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lozort Federal LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms after reasonable notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (including data rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify account owners by email or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
